Waiters
We are looking for waiters who have the patience to stand for long durations and handle difficult customers. Waiters assist the customers by noting their orders and serving them their requested meals. They also should be responsible for asking customers if they are satisfied with their meal and providing any assistance should the customer not be satisfied.
Responsibilities:
• Great the customers with a beautiful smile
• Handout the menu to the customers
• Clean the table when and as required
• Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen
• Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials
• Deliver the food and beverage to the appropriate table when they are prepared
• Check with the customers if they are satisfied with the meals or if they require anything else
• Prepare the bill for the table when required
• Cash up the bills and ensure the correct amount has been paid
• Administer changes to tables if needed
Requirements:
• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
• Flexible with late working hours
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers
