Bartender
We are seeking a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to customers. You will upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment’s and ingredients and also handle basic cleaning duties.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and listening to customers to determine about beverage preferences
• Making recommendations and taking orders
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages to customers
• Checking identification to ensure the customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Taking inventories and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well stocked
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
• Developing new cocktail recipes
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, washing glasses, utensils and equipment’s
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any relevant course
• Experience in same field is required
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Eye for detail and understanding of drinking mixing tools and techniques
