IT Technician (Spanish and English-speaking) – WFDM, Malta

We’re seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our dynamic team in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to WFDM staff and clients, including troubleshooting, hardware and software installation and configuration, and network maintenance.
• Maintain and manage WFDM’s IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Ensure security and data protection by implementing necessary measures, including backups and antivirus software.
• Develop and maintain documentation and manuals for WFDM’s IT systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other WFDM teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• At least three years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus software, and networking protocols.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing platforms (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta or already based in Malta.
